Condition Details:
  • Clean Macadam canvas with no major flaws.
  • Interior is clean and in good condition.
  • Front slip pocket is clean.
  • One of the leather stud/button details is missing.
  • Leather trim and handles show signs of wear and patina consistent with age.
  • Wear to the leather on the inside of the straps; however, both handles remain fully functional.
  • Loose thread on the back left corner.
  • Slight tarnishing to the hardware.
  • Please review all photos carefully as they form part of the description.

How we authenticate every item

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days and sent fully tracked. UK standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days, and is free on orders of £200 or more. Express delivery is available where offered at checkout.

We ship worldwide to selected destinations. Customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by the destination country or the courier are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in the item price or our shipping charge, and we do not collect them at checkout.

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can deal with it as quickly as possible.

Returns

UK and EU customers can cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. Email hello@refoundluxury.com within that time, then send the item back within a further 14 days. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described.

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We recommend telling us within 48 hours so that we can deal with it as quickly as possible. Selected items carry an Authenticated with Care security tag, which must stay attached for a return to be accepted in full.
