There are two ways to sell your pre-loved designer pieces with Refound Luxury. Both give your item a new home with someone who'll love it as much as you did — the difference is simply how you'd like to be paid.
Sell Outright
We buy your item from you directly, so you're paid straight away and the sale is complete from that point on.
At Refound Luxury, we carefully inspect every item submitted to us to ensure it meets our authenticity and quality standards. Where possible, items are also authenticated by Entrupy, an independent third-party authentication service.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any item that we believe is:
- Not authentic or cannot be verified as authentic.
- Counterfeit or suspected to be counterfeit.
- Significantly different from the description or photographs provided.
- Damaged or in a condition that differs from what was disclosed.
- Unsuitable for resale at our sole discretion.
If an item is refused following inspection, it will be returned to you. The seller is responsible for all return postage costs, including any tracked or insured shipping required.
Consignment
Prefer to let us sell it on your behalf? With consignment, we list, photograph and sell your item for you, and you're paid once it finds its next home.
- Commission: we take 30% of the final sale price, with 70% going to you.
- Consignment period: 90 days. If your item hasn't sold within that time, we'll be in touch to agree a price reduction or arrange its return.
- Payment: by bank transfer, within 7 days of your item selling.
- No upfront cost to you: photography, listing and postage or collection are all handled by Refound Luxury.
