Trusted sourcing
We source from carefully selected suppliers and sellers, chosen for their reliability and track record with genuine designer goods.
Supplier authentication
Items are checked at the point of sourcing, so anything that does not meet our standards is filtered out before it reaches our own inspection.
In-house authentication
Our team carries out a detailed, hands-on inspection of every item, assessing the key features listed below.
Independent verification
Where possible, items are also authenticated by Entrupy, an independent third-party service, for an additional layer of verification.

- Date codes, serial numbers and authenticity markings

Security tag
Authenticated with Care.
Selected designer items may arrive with an Authenticated with Care security tag attached. The tag helps protect both our customers and our business by confirming that an item returned to us is the same item we originally dispatched.
If a return is requested, the security tag must remain attached and untampered with. Returns may be refused where the tag has been removed, cut or altered, unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described.
Condition
Honest descriptions.
As we specialise in pre-owned luxury, many items will show signs of previous use. Any noticeable wear or imperfections are clearly described and photographed in the product listing, so you can shop with confidence.
